Application of Dry Grinding Ball Mill

Dry Ball Mill is suitable for ore dressing, chemical, coal, cement and refractory sectors to operate fine grinding, such as gold ore, copper ore, iron ore and zinc ore. Dry Grinding Ball Mill main component is a cylinder with bigger diameter and smaller length which is revolved by transmitting machinery. Small Ball Mill is used primarily for single stage fine grinding, regrinding, and as the second stage in two stage grinding circuits. According to the requirement of customers, Ball Mill Machine can be either wet or dry designs. Ball Mill has been designed in standard sizes of the final product between 0.044mm and 400mm in diameter.

Working Principle of Dry Grinding Ball Mill

Materials are put into cylinder through feed opening and then thoroughly grinded. The falling course of iron balls and ores can produce huge falling impact and autogenous grinding. The continuous feeding of ores can create considerable to make ores move from feeding opening toward discharge opening. Finally, acceptable particles are discharged from the discharge opening. Acceptable ore particles are carried away by water in wet mill, or by air in dry mill.
