Low sulphur Graphitized pet Coke/GPC Description
Low sulphur Graphitized pet coke/GPC is made of high quality low ashes raw materials Petroleum Coke, get rid of N and other harmful impurities under the temperature more than 2800 °C vacuum heat-treatment graphitization. Ash, sulfur, gases are significantly reduced after high temperature processing. It is usually graphitized under high temperature in a graphite furnace. So it has the features of high carbon, low sulphur, low nitrogen and low harmful impurities.
Low sulphur Graphitized petroleum coke/GPC act as the inoculant and carburizer, it's widely used in the special steel smelting and precision casting process, especially meeting the requirement of high quality product and strict control of sulfur content in the ductile iron and grey iron casting industry. lt's also used as reducer agent in the nuclear reactor, the absorbent of heavy metal in the waste water treatment system and the raw material of graphite cathode in the aluminum electrolysis cell.
Package of Low sulphur Graphitized pet coke/GPC
1. Conventional packing ton bag (1,000kg per bag), or small bag inside ton bags (20,25,50 kg per bag).
2. Special product can use moisture proof bags or barrel moisture proof bags.
3. It also can be arranged according to the customer request.
4. In woven plastic big bag per MT or as per customers' requirement.
