The forming process of our graphite blocks:

Our graphite block is made from superior petroleum Coke, and manufactured through crushing, calcining, medium crushing, milling, screening, dosing, kneading, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization, machining, and inspection. Every step procedure is strictly controlled by our engineers to ensure the product quality.

The application of graphite block:

1.       Used for producing graphite crucible, moulds, rotor and shaft, ect.

2.       Used as the materials for the furnaces

3.       Used as various machining parts in the acid, alkaline, or corrosion environment

4.       Used for the Graphite Electrode making
